| Experience: | I have been working as a Monitoring & Evaluation Specialist since 2017. From 2019 until 2024, I worked for Cowater International as project manager and junior expert and was involved in business development as well as the implementation of dozens of Monitoring & Evaluation assignments around the world. I supported and led the preparation of proposals worth between USD 80,000 and USD 500,000. I oversaw international expert teams of up to 14 members and ensured that we managed to deliver quality products on time and within budget. I served as junior data analyst and evaluation expert both on the ground and remotely in Europe, Western Africa, the Middle East as well as South and Southeast Asia. |
